Overview

Solera is a beautiful 55+ senior community located in Beaumont, California. Beaumont is in Riverside County in the San Gorgonio Pass between San Bernardino and Palm Springs. Solera real estate is settled on 2,600-feet of elevation, so the weather stays pretty moderate year-round. The summertime is generally cooler than Palm Springs™ desert heat by an average of 15-degrees, and there is a steady breeze to keep residents cool. Solera homes are just north of Interstate-10, perched between the San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountains. This location is sought after due to the Southern California location being in close proximity to San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles.
